GundogsOnline.com Return PolicyAll merchandise purchased from GundogsOnline.com has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of purchase against defects and/or dissatisfaction. Merchandise in need of repair or replacement of lost parts must be sent directly to the manufacturer.
We do not accept returns on the following items:- Ammunition
- Batteries
- Special order items (including personalize items, such as monogrammed collars)
- Opened or used pet health care items
- Videos, Computer Software
- Dog Whistles
Any merchandise being returned to GundogsOnline.com must be shipped in its original packaging and must be in new condition. We can not be responsible for damand of products as a result of your dog. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all the accessories and the owner's manual. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
If you have a return, please send an email to returns@GundogsOnline.com and our customer service staff will provide you with a Return Form, RMA Number and instructions detailing how to complete your return. We will not accept any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Your RMA Number needs to be displayed on the shipping label of the package that you are returning.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified by our shipping and receiving department a credit will be applied to your account within 2-3 business days. Credits should appear on credit card statement within 30 days from the posting date, contact your credit card company for more details.
Please note, All Tracking Equipment, including our dog tracking collars, have a 14 day return policy. In order to receive and avoid restocking fees on tracking equipment please contact the returns department within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

GundogsOnline.com Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been processed and/or shipped. Please send an email to orders@GundogsOnline.com to determine the status of your order and they will advise whether the order may be cancelled.
If your order has already been processed and shipped it will be your responsibility to pay all shipping and handling charges associated with the shipping and return of the order. Please note; special orders may not be cancelled at anytime.

Unfortunately, GundogsOnline.com does not accept personal checks or money orders. Checking accounts or debit accounts that that display the Visa or MasterCard logo are acceptable forms of payment.
