We recommend that your Ad contains the breed of the dog and the state you reside. Amount In an effort to control the quality of our Classified Ads, Gundogs Online does not allow the posting of free, discounted or rescue dogs Classified Ads. For example, Ads containing “Free”, or “Free to a good home” will not be approved or published online. Description Because the description can be very lengthy, many of our readers have found it useful to have the description of their Classified Ad already written before attempting to post an Ad. If your description is written in one of the popular word processing packages, you can simply cut and paste your description directly into the description field when posting an Ad. (To “cut and paste” from a Microsoft compliant application, simply highlight the text you would like to copy and press the “Ctrl” and “C” keys at the same time. This will copy the text onto the Windows Clipboard. To paste the text into the description field, simply place your cursor in the appropriate field and press the “Ctrl” and “V” keys at the same time. Pictures Only JPG and GIF files are accepted. All pictures in the Classified Ad area are displayed at a width of 225 pixels. A pixel is an abbreviation of the term 'picture element.' A pixel is equivalent to one dot on a computer monitor; commonly used as a unit of measurement in most graphic applications. All Classified Ads are submitted for approval by the Gundogs Online staff. Ads are usually approved or rejected within 24 hours from the time of posting. Once your Ad has been reviewed you will receive an email indicating whether your Ad was approved or rejected. The primary difference between the Premium Classified Ad and the Free Classified Ad is that Premium Classified Ads allow you to post pictures and a website address with your Classified Ad.
