Each home is constructed with pressure treated deck frames, OSB plywood deck, 2X2 side walls, roof rafters, OSB sheeting for roof with 25 year shingles, exterior plywood, cedar 1X2 trim, and then the house is hand painted along with the trim. Homes can be special ordered and tailored to meet your needs for an additional cost. I use clean out doors on my homes for safety reasons for you and your pet. I keep small, medium, and large homes in stock. The XL house is a special order home due to the variety of styled roofing and other options.

The XL house is 72"X32" with two clean out doors. The roof can be ordered as barn style, gable, or shed type roof. These homes start at $229.00 for pick up.

The large dog house is 48"X34" with out clean out door priced at $125.00 for pick up.

The medium house is 48"x26 with clean out door priced at $98.00 for pick up.

The small is 34"X26" with clean out door priced at $79.00 for pick up.
