	SportDOG Bark Collar - Product Review

The SportDog NoBark SBC-10R collar lets you modify the type of bark control that works best for your dog. Select from Temperament Learning, Progressive Correction, and User-Selected Correction modes. PerfectBark™ technology provides firm, fair and consistent bark control. This bark collar has a patented design that requires both the sound of your dog's bark and a tangible vibration from the bark to occur at the same time before it corrects your dog. Every other bark collar available triggers off of one or the other, but not both. This bark collar is simple to use, just turn the battery to the on position, put it on your dog, and select the correction range you want. The automatic safety shut-off eliminates the risk of over-correction.

Temperament Learning -- This mode tracks the number of corrections needed to substantially reduce, in most cases eliminate, the number of nuisance barks. The NoBark 10R provides 10 levels of static correction. It begins with a low-level correction (level 0). However, if excessive barking continues, the intensity will increase with each successive bark until the barking stops. This correction level becomes the starting level the next time the dog barks. Once the dog has learned to reduce the barking, the initial warning corrections are reduced.

Progressive Correction – with this mode, the correction starts at the lowest level and progresses to the next level (to a maximum of Level 9) each time your dog barks within 30 seconds of the previous bark. If your dog doesn’t bark again within 30 seconds, the level will be reset to the lowest level (Level 0).

User-Selected Correction -- In this mode, the user presets the correction level (0-9) that will be used every time the dog barks. As a built-in safety feature, if your dog barks 15 times or more within an 80 second period, the NoBark 10R will automatically shut off for 3 minutes. This safety feature is in all three modes of operation.
