Hershey is an awesome dog he is beautiful to look at and amazing to watch. He has a huge, huge, huge motor that will not quit he never had to be forced to pile or back he has always been full bore. He is an incredible marker and offers a hard tripod point sometimes out at 30-40 yards with a nose that is unbelievable. He just doesn't miss a bird. In 2017 he will be finishing his 4x Grand Master Pointer Retriever title with the APLA and we will work on his HRCH with the Hunting Retriever Club.

This is our daughters chosen hunting partner, he has always been a loving, gentle, house friendly, and great with children dog, but intense in the field. Take a look at some videos. The judge at the 2016 Haystack Ranch APLA Master test named Mike Bachkosky commented "People talk down these chocolate labs all the time, but I can tell you they have never seen this dog work a field...he is just incredible. He made my trip from New York worth it."

We are offering him for stud service in late 2016 If your looking for Chocolate, Fox Red, Black, or Yellow you have found the premier stud! Introductory to qualified females $600 stud fee $300 at time of breeding and $300 after pups are born. Live , Chilled, Frozen semen available.

Color: b/b E/e K8/K8 Therefore, he will pass b (brown) gene to 100% of his offspring. He carries one copy of E and one of e so he can produce black pigment therefore he will pass 50% E and 50% e to his offspring, which can produce Black/Brown/Yellow/Red or shades of white and cream if the female has an e gene also.
