Kodiak or Kodi as we call him is a 15 month old, American Lab, weighing in at 80 lbs. He is a high energy pheasant loving handsome dark chocolate boy. Whelped out of Mighty Lord Zeus X Lady Cassiopeia of Savage Creek Kennels, his great grandfather is Merganser's Abrams Tank. He is a fully intact male. Due to a family illness his training has not been finished. An excellent swimmer, he will make a torpedo of a duck dog or splash dog! He completed a 6 week obedience training at High Test Kennels in Oroville, CA at 11 months old. He has hunted all birds including, pigeon, quail, duck, and geese and was flushing pheasants at 5 months old. He is AKC registered, micro-chipped and in very good health, vaccines all updated except rattlesnake, due in March. He is crate trained, but also able to be left alone in the house. With the right amount of training he will make an excellent upland game bird dog, splash dog or duck dog, he has the all day drive to do it all!
