"Briar"

Briar is a 4 year old AKC Registered, Microchipped, Liver/Roan female, INTACT FOR BREEDING, Solid Liver Head.
She is Up to Date on All Vaccinations, including a recent 3yr Rabies Shot.
She is out of great lines, mostly NSTRA Champions.


TRAINING:

She has Collar Broke, Responds to Whistle in the field, has hunted Pheasants, Quail, and Chukar Partridge. She is Whoa Broke and Collar Broke, Beeper Conditioned. She served the last few years as a Guide Dog at Safari Iowa. Has had hundreds of birds shotover her. She is steady to the flush, and sticks her birds easily from

15-20 yrds everytime. She has a cannon for a nose.
She has a great nose, is Crate Trained, Rides well in a dog box,
and is a Natural Retriever.

Briar points with a 10-11 o'clock tail and hunts close to medium range.

In her pics you may notice on her right side some discoloration. This is due
to an injury, last fall she took after a rooster that went over a buried cow fence.
She decided she wanted that bird, dug under the fence, and scratched
herself bad on that side. It healed in 2 months, but left some discoloration.
Has no effect on her hunting. Shes amazing.
