Stetson was Adam's first retriever. He has been completely amateur trained which demonstrates his natural ability to succeed and drive to please. Stetson has been heavily hunted and guided both upland and waterfowl. He has a natural point, and his puppies have demonstrated the same. He has sired three litter at our place and another in Illinois. His litters are large. See our website's past puppy page for some of Stetson's past puppies. Stetson has his Labrador Retriever Club Advanced Working Certificate as well as his AKC Junior Hunter title and one Senior Hunter Pass. He is a completely finished retriever including multiple marking ability out to 200+ yards, blind retrieves, and perfect obedience that will make an outstanding hunting companion as well as a house and family dog. Stetson is house and crate trained and great with all people. Cortney ran her first AKC hunt test with Stetson on his title pass without having ran him much at all. He wants to please you at everything he does. We would like to put Stetson in a great home. The only reason we are letting this great dog go is to get him into a great home where he will get out hunting more, and he doesn't fit our current breeding program. Call Adam for more information.
