I have 2 German Wirehaired Pointers available to good homes. I took these dogs in on rescue 2 months ago and I have been pleasantly suprised with the progress they've made. Within the past 2 months both dogs have been started on birds (pigeons and quail), shown good prey drive, love being outdoors in the woods, love to run and search, and more. On the downside they are behind the curve. I don't believe they were exposed to anything but a back yard before I got them. I have not seen a strong desire to point up to this point but I have not pushed it with them. They love birds so I'm sure it will all "click" one day. They were a little gun shy when I got them but we seem to have gotten over that.

I'm asking $200 ea for them basically to cover part of the costs I've incurred. I have them up to date on shots and just got them spayed.

The dogs are 9 months old and they are purebred although they do not have papers.
