Ben is a white and orange English Setter with impeccable pedigree, he is bred by none better setter breeder and field trial hall of famer Harold Ray. Ben is well started and groomed to be a trial dog ever since he arrived here, he is sharp on the ground, point tight and holds his birds real nice, he has developed a good pattern and swings with you without any struggle. Ben has a natural gun dog range and runs a smooth effortless gait with good ground speed. He has had plenty of liberated bird exposure and has been introduced to wild birds this winter, he is gun broke and have had birds harvested over his point. Ben is American Field registered, up to date on all shots. Ben does not have the necessary range we desire but he has the package to make one heck of bird dog for the avid bird hunter.
