PALM GLADES SHORTHAIRS

We have been loving, hunting, training, competing (AKC Field Trials) and breeding the Versatile GSP since 1972 ....

We Breed For Temperament, Field Ability & Soundness of Form. Every sire and dam of our puppies are AKC Field and Amateur Field Champions or proven in the field and are dogs with proven blood lines and generations of AKC Field and Amateur Field Champions, National Field and National Amateur Field Champions, Dual Champions (AKC Show & Field Champion) and GSP "Hall of Fame" dogs in the pedigree.

While these dogs are bred for competition/field trialing this makes them all the better for hunters, because all of the attributes that make a great hunting dog are attributes that are REQUIRED in a field trial dog. Field trials are very important to a breeding program providing a proving ground for the dog's abilities.

Sires and Dams are AKC Registered, OFA Certified (hips are screened for dysplasia) and DNA Profiled (proof of parentage on file with the American Kennel Club.

Litters are in-home whelped & raised. Puppies receive daily, individual attention & affection (Baby Love) helping to make them affectionate, sweet and well-socialized dogs.
