LuLu is a smart and well mannered female Brittany, groomed to be a field trial dog from day one, developed to handle off horse back early on due to lack of range, she finished as a foot trial dog and hunting dog. She has a super nose that is consistent in hot or cold, braced with strong desire to find birds make her a outstanding bird finder. She hunts to the front in medium to close range (60~150yds) depending on the terrain. She is very busy, yet easy to handle on foot, rarely require directions to keep her to the front.
LuLu is professionally trained, she is broke steady to wing and shot, stop to the flush, back and has a solid natural retrieve. She is polished on bird work with extra fancy style to boot, very classy very staunch. LuLu holds high and tight on both ends before and after the flush.
She went north as a puppy to North Dakota in late fall 2007 where she encountered countless of young pheasants, also have had one winter camp in south TX where she was exposed to wild quail daily. She loves the water, she has good stamina, always give the best of her every time you turn her loose, a true one-of-kind gentleman's birddog.
Away from the fields, LuLu is house friendly, great around kids and quiet in the kennel, she is crate trained, travels well in the car or dog trailer. She is 22-month-old, orange and white, unaltered female, weights 33lb,19.5" tall at the shoulders, she directly out of 12 generations of Field Champions and National Field Champions.
