Josie had 10 pups on February 1. Great litter, 6 males and 4 females. Sire is a son of Jetsetter and a littermate to Smarty Smith. The dam is a daughter of 6x NSTRA Ch. Tricky Dick Skyhawk, out of Hytest Skyhawk. These should be great pups. All the females are already sold, so only males are available. Both sire and dam are great bird dogs. The sire is a wide running male directly out of Smith Setters breeding having been acquired directly from famed trainer Harold Ray. Sire also spent the summer on the prairies training with George Hickox. Beautiful chestnut and white setter. Dam is my personal hunting dog and is a great walking dog. She hunts to the cover, never gets lost, is a wonderful companion. She has an all white body with a black mask and some tan trimming. The pups are marked like the parents, 6 white, black, tan, all white bodies, 4 white and chestnut. Call me and lets talk setters, it is something I love to do.
