The Drahthaar will start the morning off in a duck blind and after your fill of ducks you can immediately turn your attention to the field for some pheasant and quail hunting. After a successfully day of hunting the Drahthaar becomes the ultimate family pet. These dogs are very well mannered and make a great indoor pet. They are exceptionally well behaved with children and other smaller pets. I own both the dam and sire of this litter and both are excellent hunters.
