Both dogs are proven hunters and have hunted WILD BIRDS in 10 states and Canada. These versatile dogs are outstanding in the duck blind, in water or on land and will hold their own with any dog, and most often exceed them. Both dogs cut their teeth on WILD BIRDS and have become WILD BIRD finding machines in the fields, marshes, and creek bottoms. They are CRAZED LUNITICS when it comes to retrieving on land or water. These dogs will do it all, from finding quail in Oklahoma, New Mexico, to ducks and geese in the Dakotas, and Saskatchewan, to wiley late season pheasants in Kansas, or the almost non existent pheasants in Colorado, to the high mountain desert steeps of Nevada for chuckar, and every thing else in-between (Just check local, state, and federal game laws). There is nothing else as versatile as these German Wirehairs.

These dogs were breed to produce dogs of great temperament (i.e. family dogs that live with you.) trainability, desire, natural cooperation, intense game drive, style, and of good sound health and confirmation.

Both dogs have excellent, proven pedigrees. I would love to brag about both dogs lineage, but I don’t have too, the facts will do the bragging for them. Out of a three-generation pedigree. They have 6 versatile champions, 13 prized 1 utility dogs,5 of witch are perfect scores, 1 derby winner, 1 master hunters, 1bench champions, the list just keeps going on. These dogs will have it in them, are you up to the task/challenge of bringing out the champion in them.
