While they are calm, great with children and other animals, put on your hunting pants and they will race you to the truck! We have never had more capable bird dogs. Our dogs sell for $900 and come with a 5 generation pedigree, We have earned 4 recent NAVHDA Prize 1's and many other prizes with these amazing dogs. Prior to leaving our home we do the following: kennel training, sit and down training, potty training with a litter box and a doggy door, introduction to a wing and a bird, retrieving training. We have puppies pointing at 2 months and swimming soon after. Do the research. This is a fantastic breed of dog!
