Poor battery performance

Summary:We bought this collar to train our hard-headed Labrador. The first few weeks of training went along smoothly. Our dog has quickly learned to listen to our commands and he has learned to stay put whenever I tell him to. After that however, the batteries on the collar won’t hold charge for even just a day. We are lucky if we can get through one training session without it shutting off. It has been really annoying having to charge it frequently. There are days that we completely do away with the collar since it just won’t hold charge. And now, we seldom have to use the correction button since our dog has been learning a lot. But the battery still doesn’t last long. I guess I got a defective battery. I still haven’t contacted customer support. But you know how that goes. You have to go through several transactions. It’s too much work for me.
Cons:Bad batteries

Summary:I liked it at first but after I needed it on a regular basis some bugs started to come out. l . This was my first collar purchase and I wanted a simple entry level unit to use for force fetch ect.. Unit did not hold a charge through a training session or even overnight. Stimulation seemed to very from day to day.
Pros:simple and comes with good training info . Good for around the house.The size is nice and the buttons are easy to work one handed.
Cons:Battery life is very short. After 15 min of training with corrections to the dog it would be dead.

Summary:I decided to buy an electronic collar about a year ago to train our dog. It was doing okay for the first 5 months then the transmitter stopped working with the receiver. Both units were indicating that they were okay but no matter what button I pressed, nothing was happening. My dog didn’t feel any shock. The vibration and tone didn’t even work. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement which worked for only 3 months. I got another replacement which worked for like a week or two. It was really exasperating. I’m never buying this brand again.
Cons:Defective, No feature work
