Summary:Our dog doesn’t actually bark a lot. But this only holds true if we are around him. The moment he doesn’t see us, or he doesn’t sense our presence, we would bark and bark and bark! We’ve tried everything just to teach him not to bark a lot when we leave him alone. We’ve tried giving him treats, ultrasonic and citronella collars, and many other techniques. Nothing actually worked on him. It was becoming frustrating. We were tired of getting calls from our neighbors complaining about our dog. I searched about bark collars and came upon the Dogtra YS500. I liked what I read so I decided to buy one and try this on my dog. I’m so glad I did! It worked like a charm! I’m very impressed with how effective this product is. Now, we can leave our dog and have peace of mind that he will stay quiet all throughout the day. Buy this if you want to stop your dog from barking too much. This is very effective!

Summary:I love how sturdy Dogtra YS 500 is. It doesn’t come loose each time my dog gets too hyperactive unlike the previous collar I’ve used. It is also a lot lighter which I think my dog also loves. The previous collar was a bit heavy. I could sense my dog getting uneasy each time I put it around his neck. I just love the rechargeable battery. I think it’s saved me a lot of money especially if the other option is a collar which runs on expensive non-rechargeable batteries. You can select the shock level which is great since dogs will have different reactions to different levels. As for my dog, the lowest level is enough. We eventually switched to using the vibration mode when he was already well trained to stop barking. It works well on him also which is great since I don’t have to shock him anymore.

Summary:I’ve had Dogtra YS 500 for a few months already. I just want to share my wonderful experience with this collar. I bought it to train my dog to stop barking too much. I was having a hard time sleeping at night once he started his barking “extravaganza”. I was really surprised at how effective this collar was. Of course, I did my own reading first about the collar and I’ve read a lot of good reviews about it. But actually experiencing it was really great. I only used the lowest setting for a few days and I eventually had to switch to vibrate only since my dog was quick to learn. I highly recommend this collar. Summary:I have a 1 year old Shih Tzu who loves to bark at other dogs. As long as she doesn't see any other dog, she is normally quiet. But the moment she spots another dog, she'll bark her heart out. I get so embarrassed sometimes when we go out for walks and she'll get into this barking spree. Almost everywhere we go in our neighborhood there is always a dog. So it's really a big problem for me. I've tried other training methods but they don't seem to be able to even get my dog's attention. Dogtra YS 500 has been nothing but wonderful! After only a few days on it, my dog has stopped barking at other dogs. I was also very happy that I only had to use the shock only a few times. She immediately caught right on. It was incredible!

Summary:First of all, I would like to emphasize the importance of learning all you can about how to use dog bark collars. It's easy to assume that using it will immediately solve your problems. Please take note that if you don't use Dogtra YS 500 properly, it may not work. Worse, it may even hurt your dog. My dog barks mainly for two reasons - when he sees another dog or when he is left alone at the house. Finally bought this collar to solve this barking problem. When it arrived, I immediately used it on him. Good thing I was on vacation during that time. I was able to focus on training him how to stop barking using the collar. I think I was able to completely train him within a week of continuous training. I started with the lowest setting but my dog didn't even flinch. So I gradually increased the shock until I noticed it was having any effect on him. Training him wasn't particularly easy since he is really fond of barking especially at other dogs. But I was patient and followed the instructions carefully. And it all paid off! Now, I don't even let him wear the collar and just keeps quiet even if he sees our neighbor's dog pass by our house. This product really works!
