Started GSP(18 months old). Earl is affectionate, very easy to train, high bird drive, good with family members, crate trained, house broken and smart. Excellent hunting and family companion. He is "whoa" broke, collar conditioned, broke to voice and whistle commands, and has been run on wild quail for a couple of months. The dog responds to a variety of field commands and quarters nicely to handlers commands. At this point I have started formal force breaking on the dog.
Mother, Ginger, has JH hunt title, SH hunt title and has completed a majority of her MH hunt title. She has been hunted extensively on grouse, woodcock, quail, chukar and pheasant.
Father, Jake, has completed his SH title. He is an excellent grouse and woodcock dog. He has also been hunted extensively on quail, chukar and pheasant. Both parents have been OFA'd good.
Earl's bloodlines incldue such dogs as NFC FC NRC's magnums Touch of Gold, NFC Heide's Mightly City Slicker, FC AFC Dixieland Smokin Magnum. This dog will make and excellent hunting partner or a promising Field Trail prospect. Photographs will be available soon. Please call if there are any questions.
