Shadow, like all Yuba river gun dogs was introduced to a 12 gauge Winchester model 97 and has retrieved ducks and pheasants as well as training birds felled by the old 97.

Shadow will course back and forth out in front of you searching for upland birds , flush and retrieve, then he will retrieve your shot water fowl for you. He is up to date on all shots.

Shadow has a good temperament and does not spend his time barking at people, However he will sound a warning when he sees someone coming he does not know. He is a beautiful Black Intact Registered Male Labrador that loves to learn.
