On May 17th, 2020, our 2-1/2 yr old Springer Spaniel Razzle whelped seven puppies. We mated her to another Springer we own (Cooper). Both dogs have excellent pedigrees, of with lots field trial champions in their lineage. . Razzle came to us from a field trialer / breeder in Colorado. He mates his trial winners with UK trial champions he imports. Both parents have excellent noses and retrieve to hand. They love to hunt, but also love to be around you as family members. Razzle is 38lbs and Cooper is 44lbs. I don't field trial anymore, getting too old for that game now, but I still love train springers and to get out for a walk with my dogs, for pheasant and grouse

Description of Parents;

Razzle (dam):
White and liver (see attached picture, Razzle is on the left). Very light on her feet, works close, listens to commands, great nose for finding and retrieving game. She has been one of my best Grouse dogs in New Hampshire. She loves to hunt or just be with you. I have had her place well at very informal local club field trials.

Cooper (sire);
White and liver (see attached picture, Cooper is on the right). Loves birds, any kind, but pheasants are his favorite. Once he scents them, not many get away. He usually catches move than I shoot over him. Cooper won a shooting dog championship for Chukars with me a couple of years ago with me. Our turn was in the second half of the order, The spring field grass was high, scenting conditions were less than favorable, dry and with a light breeze, leaving a lot of birds in the field for us. During our turn to spend the allowed ten minutes in the field everything went well. Cooper caught and returned eleven live Chukars to hand, in the ten minute span. I didn't fire any of the five shells allocated to me. When the placements were called out after the event, was I surprised when Cooper was awarded first place. People started screaming that I didn't fire a shot! Well the way the rules were written and when our points were totaled up, Cooper won the event. A very special day indeed. Cooper is a special boy, loves to hunt or just be with you. He is not a lap dog but he is very comfortable just laying at your feet, while you relax in your easy chair. More dogs should have his disposition.

The pups:
The dewclaws were removed and tails docked on day two of there lives. They are mostly white and liver, three females and four males. They are very healthy and gaining weight. Razzle has been a great mom for her first litter. How do they know how to do that? But they do.

The pups will be health checked by a vet, and come with there first shots, and be de-wormed.

Their exceptional pedigrees are available for review, if you are interested in a pup, and can be emailed to you.

These pups have great genes, be responsive to being trained to make great gundogs, and great family dogs too.
