Everything about this product is wonderful

Summary:I own a black Lab who just loves the life outdoors. He loves it so much that he wants to go beyond our fence. Every day, he would try to cross our fence. He either tries to jump over it or dig under it. It was such a nightmare. It was really becoming a bigger problem each day that I wasn’t doing anything to solve it. So I purchased this product after reading some good reviews about it. And that was a good decision for me. It solved my problems with my dog. In just a day of training, he was able to learn how to stay within our yard. I think he got shocked about 2-3 times before he finally understood what it meant. Now, the beep is enough to stop him on his tracks. Great product!

Wonderful fencing system

Summary:This system is amazing. We have been using it for 6 months already and we have had no problems with it. My wife especially loves it since it has allowed our dog to run freely in our yard. My wife can now play with our dog in our yard without having to worry about him going out of our property. This was not the scenario before wherein he would suddenly dart away. This system is an above ground fence system which meant that we didn’t have to bury the wire underground. That saved us a lot of extra work and expenses. We just had to fix the wire on the ground. The wire eventually worked its way down with the ground. I bought the thicker wire just to be sure that it can withstand any external conditions. After one shock, our dog hasn’t tried to even go near the flags. We were very happy with the results. It has completely trained our dog.

Summary:The first package I got, we got a defective collar. We immediately called customer service and we received the replacement in less than 2 days. That’s great customer service. If not for the very awesome performance of this system, I wouldn’t have given it a perfect score of 5 stars. But I was really impressed with how it worked for us. Our dog quickly picked up on how the whole system operated. In just a day of training, our German shepherd has completely learned that it is bad to cross the boundary. We live near the street and we have been constantly fearing that our dog might get hit by a car since he used to love to run out of our yard. But all this changed after he was trained with the PIG00-10777. Before this system, we have tried everything to teach him but our dog seemed to have a mind of its own. He was very stubborn. Thanks Petsafe for a very effective product. This probably saved my dog’s life.

Amazing performance

Summary:I have a very stubborn dog so I wasn’t expecting this system to work as quickly as it did. I was surprised to see a response from my dog even during the first day of training. Training was complete after 4 days. I started to use level 2 but it wasn’t working so I increased it until I saw a reaction from my dog. After getting the right setting, I began training him where the boundaries were. The moment we got near the boundary, he started to run across it but felt the correction from the collar. He immediately backed down. I was very happy with what I saw. The results were amazing! He tried to cross the boundaries several times more but eventually realized what the shock meant. Now, he doesn’t even try to go near the flags. I’m planning to remove the flags any day now. I hope my dog will stay within his boundary.

Summary:First off, I would like to commend the customer service of Petsafe. They are very helpful and very prompt. They gladly answered all my questions and when I finally sent my order, the package arrived in a timely manner. I was again calling them during installation since this is the first time that I’ve installed anything like this. Again, they were very helpful. At last, after 2 days of work, the system was up and running. After just a day of training, she learned her limits already. I was very happy with the results. I am now more confident to let her out since I know that she’ll stay within our yard. Our neighbor’s dog got hit by a car about a month ago. I don’t want that to happen to my precious one. I would highly recommend this product.
