Will the NoBark 10R be triggered by the bark of another dog?

No

Is it safe and humane to let my dog use the NoBark 10R?

Yes. The objective of the NoBark 10R is not to hurt or punish your dog but only to attract his attention. During the first correction though, your dog may get surprised.

Will the NoBark 10R be effective on my dog?

Generally, all breeds and sizes of dogs can safely and effectively use the NoBark 10R. A few exceptions include dogs which are lighter than 8 pounds. The unit may be too large for them to use comfortably.

Can I let my dog wear the NoBark 10R at all times?

No. it is never advisable to let your dog wear the NoBark 10R for more than twelve successive hours.

Will my dog learn to stop barking only when he is wearing the NoBark 10R?

Yes. You can achieve this if you only let your dog wear the NoBark 10R during instances that you don’t want him to bark. Consequently, don’t let him wear the unit in instances that it is okay for him to bark.

No. Attaching a leash may pull the contact points too tightly against the neck of your dog. If you want to use a leash, connect it to a different, nonmetallic collar. When putting the separate collar, make sure that it doesn’t put pressure on the contact points.
