Manufactured in the US by Horton Trailers for The K9 Trailer Company. I spent $7600 on this trailer. Barely been used. Frame: All steel, and hot dipped galvanized for many years of durable use. Walls: Steel frame with Bubble Foil insulation that produces an R value of 7 with a 95% radiant heat reflection. Exterior walls are .040 aluminum clear coated on finished and unfinished sides. Interior walls are .050 aluminum also coated on both sides. Insulation: Fully insulated. All walls carry an R7 insulation in addition to a Bubble Foil wrap with a 95% radiant heat reflectivity. Dividers: ¾” pressure treated plywood with laminated .050 aluminum, coated on both sides. Floor: ¾” pressure treated plywood with laminated .050 aluminum, coated on both sides. Floor is covered with a 3/8 removable rubber mat. Fan: 3 speed reversible fan, thermostat controlled, with a high output of 920 CFM, and an operating vent. This fan supplies more than sufficient air flow, reducing the need for air conditioning. I added 2, 195 amp batteries & wiring to be able to run fan without having to be plugged in to towing vehicle. Batteries provide approximately 10-12 hrs of power to fan and can be fully charged in 2 hrs. Axles: Dual torsion to provide a smoother ride and a better tow. Wheels: 7 spoke, 5 lug aluminum rims. Tires: Radial tires. ST175/80R13.5, high profile trailer tires with full size spare. Storage: Top deck storage compartment. 7’x4’x7”deep. Includes, locking latch, 2 gas struts, carpet and dividers. Exterior Lights: LED tail lights and rear marker lights. DMV safety light package. Interior Lights: Top storage compartment light and interior light for all for boxes, placed in fan compartment for easy access, and out of reach of your dog. Doors: Inner and outer doors. Inner door is an aluminum cage style, outer door is solid with vents. All doors have locks and are keyed alike. Outer doors have gas struts and can be latched in the ¼ open position while traveling to increase air flow. Hinges: All doors have heavy duty chrome plated hinges. Fenders: High polished aluminum diamond plate. Rock Guard: Full front high polished aluminum diamond plate rock guard. Box Size: All four boxes are 41” L X 23”W X 28” H wrapped in coated aluminum with a 3/8” rubber floor mat. Vents: All four boxes contain two vents for constant air flow. Trailer Jack: The wheel jack makes this trailer very maneuverable, even for one person. Ball Size: This trailer requires a 2” ball.
