Rebel is a big boy and was whelped 12-24-18. He was my Christmas Eve gift in 2018 and a hell of a gift he was. He is a hard hitting son of a gun when he takes to the field just like his daddy. He is a son of RR’s Noisy Boy. Noisy Boy is a pretty well known dog in the BDC or he was at one time anyways. Noisy Boy won the Region 1 Flusher Puppy of the year and is also a NUCS Champion and maybe a 2 time champion. Noisy has a few DOGS dog of the year titles as well. So Rebel comes from a hard hunting bloodline.Rebel kinda got the short end of the stick because I had a fire that burned the lodge down not long after getting him so I was not able to put the work into him that he needed when he was a pup. He also didn’t get the amount of field time my other guide dogs did due to not having a bunch of hunts booked. He knows basic obedience and listens very well. I have had him out hunting several times this season on wild birds and he is nothing but getting better each time out. I am very impressed with him and I love the way he works a field. There’s a lot of intensity when he hunts the kind that you can almost feel coming off of him. He is exciting to hunt over. With a little more field time and a little touching up on basic training he will no doubtedly be one of the greats that people dream of owning one time in their life. I whole heartedly believe he is going to be a once in a lifetime dog for someone. I’ve had 14 bird dogs in my life time and I know when I see a dog that is going to be exceptional. Rebels litter mates are all amazing dogs that are doing amazing things in other states. I wish I could keep him because he’s gonna be amazing. Please only inquire if you will hunt him a lot. Or if you are a lodge or a guide maybe. This big guy needs to be in the field tearing it up. He’s going to do nothing but get better every time he goes out. Very intelligent very attentive and hard going. A real treat to watch in the field.
