Two-year-old (born May 15, 2016) male, Deutsch Drahthaar for sale. The dog has had obedience training, heels and is started on whoa and force fetch training but has not been through any hunting ability tests. He demonstrates good drive, has a good nose, pointing, tracking instincts, and a strong prey drive. He is also a good natural retriever and is a strong swimmer.

This dog is registered with the Verein Deutsch Drahthaar ((VDD) German Drahtharr Association) and comes of excellent breeding. The dam of this dog is Dolly vom Broadhead. Dolly is an excellent and accomplished hunter. The sire is Tramp II vom Jagdkonig. Tramp comes from a very well-respected kennel in the Midwest. Tramp is a strong pointing dog with a powerful nose. He also hunts waterfowl and blood tracks as well.

Both parents have been tested under the VDD and/or NAVHDA testing systems with excellent testing scores. Dolly scored a 70 VJP (Spring Natural Ability Test), 187 HZP (Fall Breed Test), with an 11 in duck search, and 301 Prize 1 VGP (Fall Utility Test). Dolly finished in 6th place in the 2014 Armbruster the second highest scoring female. Dolly was rated 9 in coat 10 in conformation. Dolly also received a NAVHDA utility prize 1 (204). Tramp scored a 75 VJP, 188 HZP and a 299 VGP. Tramp finished 4th in the 2014 Armbruster with a 12 in use of nose. Tramp was rated 10 in coat 11 in conformation. Tramp has also passed the BTR (Retrieving Reliability Test). Both parents are free of elbow dysplasia, osteochondrosis of the shoulders, von Williebrands blood disorder, and hip dysplasia free with a HD A rating. $2000, reasonable offers considered.
