I have a very nice young German wirehaired pointer female for sale. Lou Lou is not a cull dog by any stretch of the imagination. The timing is just really wrong for me, I'm not able to give her the attention she needs and she spends a lot of time in the kennel by herself. I would much rather see her go to someone that's going to have her out every day or at least every other day and hunt the snot out of her.. She is a really good dog in the field and in the house. I have spent around $3000 on her getting her trained to retrieve. She has been forced broke to retrieve, she can sit, stay, heel, Mark birds and retrieve to the hand without dropping until you tell her to. I have taken Lou on five dove hunt this season so far and she does great. She will go get every bird you shoot and bring it back to your hand. I bought blue as a eight week old puppy and the reason I bought her it was for a retrieving dog first. I was planning on getting her pointing upland birds around three years of age but I wanted to get the retrieving down first She has been around quail and she has naturally pointed them without any training whatsoever. Lou is a sweetheart inside the house, she is house trained, she loves to ride in the truck inside the cab or in the back and loves attention. You can take her wherever you want without a leash, she minds well. I'm asking $3000 for Lou or I might trade on firearms. Lou's pedigree is full of hunting dogs and I know her mother and father.
