Sam (or as I call him most times Samurai) is up for sale. I will be training full time in Missouri as I transition out of the military and just won't have the time to dedicate to my own dogs. I want to be able to give every bit of my attention to the client dogs I will be working with.

Sam is incredible, no other words to describe him. He is on the smaller side, weighing about 70 pounds. He is such a smoozer - he is one of the sweetest, mild tempered dogs Ive ever had. Sam is kept to a very high standard as I used him as a guide dog, but I also cuddle up in the recliner with him and let him know its not all business. He is very gentle around my 2 year old daughter and lets her cuddle with him too. He is NOT Neutered.

I bought Sam when he was about 3 1/2 or 4 and had one Master pass on him. At that point, he had a significant amount of time off from hard work, but hit the ground running with a successful winter trip and knocked out the remaining Master test in one testing season. At one particular master test in Fruita, CO. the water series was giving dogs HELL!! They were dropping left and right - Sam stepped on all three marks and lined the two blinds (one long channeled) with 1 or 2 casts and receiving applause from the gallery - which was very cool to see and really was a proud moment.

After he titled, I really wanted to venture into the trials and wanted to see how far I could push Sam. I currently have him out to 350 yard blinds - most time only needing 4 or 5 casts. He truly is a pleasure to work with. He would be a dream dog for the serious hunter or guide, just as he was for me.
