Laney is a fully broke dog that has been force broke to retrieve. She holds her birds steady to flush, is collar conditioned, turns to the whistle and handles very easily. Laney has a wonderful disposition around people and other dogs. She would be ideal for any foot hunter on wild birds or as a guide dog on preserve hunts. She is solid, and will provide many pleasurable years of hunting on wild birds and preserve hunting.

Laney has an exceptional nose and desire to hunt and find game. To put it simply, she is a bird finder. She is steady on point, and hunts very hard. She has become a nice addition for me as a foot hunter hunting at a medium range most times. Laney has had well over 200 wild birds shot over her and many more in training.

Laney is the daughter of 3x NSTRA Ch Rockin' G's Uodibar Rusty, and our own Pepper. Both parents have many Champion dogs in their five generation pedigree and Hall of Fame dogs including Dixieland Rusty, Uodibar's Koonas, Quailrun's Roxy Roller, Rawhide's Clown, & Jig's White Smoke. (Rusty with 25 Champions and 5 Hall of Fame dogs, and Pepper with 22 Champions and 4 Hall of Fame dogs).
