Sam is a VERY, VERY rare animal. He is a Purpleline bred male and is as tough as they come.

Sam has been hunting wild quail on my farm in Missouri for the last three years. He is comepletely gun dog broke. Sam is whistle trained, here broke, a natural retriever, backs on site, whoah broke, and has a nose that will consistantly find you birds up to 40 yards away. If I have learned one thing over the passed three years it is don't doubt him, the birds are there, just keep walking tight half circles and be ready.
Besides Missouri quail, Sam has hunted wild pheasants in South Dakota, Iowa, and Kansas as well as quail and prarie chickens in Kansas. Sam has a desire to please and lives to hunt.

He has also sired several litters of absolutely beautiful pups. He is about a 60 lb male. He is broad chested and square headed and so are his pups. He is very graceful and floats along as he covers the country side.

Sam is in a class of dogs that most people have never seen. Sam is a straight up bird finder. For the foot hunter like myself, he's a straight up brag dog and a bird finding machine. Sam has the speed and endurance to bust through the toughest of brush all day long and never show signs of slowing.
