Rosie is a 1 year old yellow lab female born in the last week of April, 2017. She has one season of hunting experience at Rice Creek Hunting and Recreation as a guide dog. Rosie has been shock collar conditioned and has finished her training with force fetching. Several individuals have had the opportunity to hunt behind her and were very impressed with her ability to flush and find birds in the field. She is very fast and it is easy to tell when she is tracking a bird. Rosie has also hunted waterfowl and upland game birds in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. She is able to remain calm when birds are landing in the decoys too. Pictures of her parents are attached. .Both parents are guide dogs. The stud is a well bred chocolate, and mother is a black female

Outside of being a bird dog, she is also very friendly around kids and is house trained. Many people who have seen her outside of hunting are very impressed with her manners and her willingness to please. Barking in the kennel is not an issue with her either.
