Rico was whelped on 12-15-12 and comes from top blood line. He is force broke, sits on a wagon until called, sits on the whistle and voice command and will also sit on a running bird with either the voice or whistle command until released. Along with dummies; Rico has retrieved quail, pigeons and pheasants. Rico just returned to Florida from a two week trip in South Dakota hunting pheasants. He performed with excellence. Rico will make a great basic retriever for doves or ducks as well as an upland flushing dog. He travels well and has an easy going attitude.

Rico has had lots of training with marking drills out to a few hundred yards. He is ready for his first year of hunting and will make a bragging rights bird dog. He is a big lab and probably tops the scale at 80 pounds or more skinny. Price starts at $4,000 and will increase as his training continues. We also have well started to finished English Setter and English Pointers available along with Puppies out of Shadow Oak Bo.
