Ruger is 15 months old and is turning into an outstanding dog. He is housebroke to stay in his dog bed until released by a tap on the head. After a day of working and hunting, Ruger gets in the shower with me and stands still while I clean him up. His coat is soft and he doesn't mind smelling good. He knows the routine: gotta be clean and calm in the Boss' house. He will do the same for you when you are the Boss.
Ruger was professionally trained and is very stylish. He is whoa broke, whistle trained, here broke, steady on point, has a natural retrieve, loads in a dog box and has been socialized by my family including my kids.
Ruger is currently on my hunting string getting weekly experience on wild birds. He points and retrieves wild birds in real hunting conditions. Hunts with other dogs, and stays out front.
