Description:

Senta is a 9-month old German Longhaired Pointer that we imported from the Czech Republic this past summer. She is incredibly talented in the field with very strong pointing instincts, retrieving instincts, and water love. Senta has proven her hunting ability by pointing several wild birds this hunting season. She has been hunted on woodcock in Wisconsin, pheasants in Iowa, and pheasants/rabbits in Nebraska. Senta is pointing well and does not break until the flush. She has not been force-fetched yet, but she naturally retrieves all game to hand. She loves to swim more than any other longhair that we have owned.

Senta is current on all vaccinations and is housebroken. She is 60cm (~23 inches) tall at the shoulder and weighs about 50 lbs. She lives in our house with our two other longhairs. She is a very affectionate dog that loves everyone she meets. She is very friendly with other dogs as well. Senta is a higher-energy dog and she needs to go to a hunting home. She would do really well with children as she loves to play endless games of fetch.
