Harry is a 1 1/2 year, 60 lb heavily German bred shorthair on his fathers side, going back to Pottsiepen and Hege-Haus blood lines. His mothers side has got some Westwind and Hillhavens Hustler further back. Harry is a very well started dog with one full season of wild bird hunting under his belt. Before this last bird season he was whoa broke, collar conditioned, force fetched, trained to come, kennel. Harry is solid as a rock on his birds, he has had around 75 birds killed for him this fall/winter. He retrieves to hand 100 % of the time and will not chew birds. Harry is a close to medium range hunter that will bust the brush if need be. He is great with other dogs, people, and has been brought inside about 3 times a week over the past two months with only two pee incidents, which is to say he's not completely house broke but close. He is a very sweet dog that loves to be around people. A Junior hunt title is in the bag with this dog right now, if you are so inclined. Like I said, he is a very nice dog, and will make someone a great hunting companion.
