"Ruby" is one of the best bred shorthairs around. She's sired by FC Kojak's K-Man and is double bred Hall of Fame Top Producer FC Dixieland Rusty. She has a VERY good nose, nice forward ground covering run and can flat find birds. She is whoa broke, whistle broke, gun broke and retrieves naturally. Ruby has the genetics and they’ve come through in her big time. She can run hard and do it all day long. From field to field with just a rest in the box on the way to the next field and a little water and she’ll work most dogs into the ground. Ruby has had one litter of 10 pups and raised them perfectly. One litter of pups will pay for her. She is hands down one of the nicest shorthairs I have ever owned and honestly I have no desire what so ever to sell her but this time of year a person has to sell their best to make a living.
