Deutsch Langhaar / German Longhaired Pointer litter born Nov 2. Dunkelschimmel (dark roan) males available to great hunting homes at the end of December. Located in Washington but willing to discuss shipping arrangements. Pups are 1400 total; a 200 deposit will reserve now with the balance due at pickup.

Deutsch Langhaars are versatile pointing dogs that excel in the field and in water. Both parents are exceptional bird dogs and family companions. They were both successfully trained by first-time handlers and did very well in their JGHV hunt tests. They are hunted extensively on upland birds and waterfowl and have a very strong desire to track and retrieve. Both have a dramatic "off-switch" and are well-mannered house dogs.

The puppies are registered with the Deutsch Langhaar Verband in Germany as well as with NAVHDA. Both parents have passed performance tests, health exams (hips and eyes), and a conformation evaluation in order to be certified for breeding in accordance with DL-GNA rules.
