It's abilities include blood trailing, bird and fur hunting, retrieving, and has a trademark not found normally with other types of "bird dog" breeds, giving "tongue" while on trail. Bred by the hunters and foresters of Germany, this rare breed is just now becoming established into the United States.

Pups are anticipated to be whelped at the end of March with a delivery date at the end of May.

He is anticipating a breeding in the next 2-4 weeks with pups ready for delivery mid summer.

There is a third litter that is anticipated to be bred mid-summer in Kenora, Ontario. Details will follow once female is qualified.
