Kia is a 50# bundle of energy packed into a compact well-muscled frame. She is out of GMPR Duke’s True Grit SH with GMPR MHR Raider MH line breeding on her bottom side. There is a long list of GMPR’s in Kia’s pedigree and her intense point is proof that those genetics are consistently passed on. Not only the pointing instinct, but Kia’s looks and skill set has been consistently passed on for generations. This has been specifically noted by the Cashman’s who are first on the list for a male puppy out of this litter which has a pedigree going back to Matt Cashman’s very first lab. Kia has an extremely high prey drive with a never quit attitude. She possesses the endurance to hunt the upland field for hours on end and even after you have had enough, she is still ready for more. Kia’s marking ability and retriever skills are exceptional. Kia loves to retrieve both on land and in water giving 100% to and from the fall. Her intelligence along with a willingness to learn and desire to please has made training quite easy. At the end of the day, Kia has the off switch to be the family pet and lay at your side wherever you are. Kia has all the health clearances for responsible breeding. Hips are OFA good, elbows normal, EIC clear, CNM clear, PRA clear, and RD/OSD clear. Pups will have dews removed, first set of shots, dewormed, healthy puppy checkup, and come with a 28 month guarantee to be free of inherited diseases. Puppies will undergo the Early Neurological Stimulation program, be exposed to wings and live birds, and will be well socialized.
