Rooster is one of the most accomplished hunt test dogs in the country, doing things few other dogs have done while rarely failing a test. He is a deceiving animal, exceptionally mild mannered in the house and when in the field 100%. Easily the best off switch I’ve seen to date. He is known for his excellent line manners and steadiness. His top notch marking skills and trainability are a great match for Grace along with an outstanding memory. He has a middle of the road degree of sensitivity coupled with enough bottom to bounce back from corrections and continue working. His great instincts, trainability and intelligence were shown from the start. These traits helped Rooster achieve 4xGMPR(8-10), HRCH(10-12),MH (6-7),place 1st in a AKC Qualified All Age field trial-QAA- He also placed 1st over German Shorthairs in the only bird dog tournament he entered.
