Tubb is out of a phenomenal breeding of FC AFC Weezer (FC AFC Carolina's Smoke On The Water x FC AFC Tequilla Sunrise IX) and NFC AFC Windy (NFC AFC Maxx's Surprise x FC Candlewood's Homely Hannah). Both Weezer and Windy were finalists in 7 nationals with Windy winning the 2007 National Open.

Tubb became an afc while he was still 2 years old. He was a 2012 National Open finalist as a 3 year old, and the youngest to finish - doing so without having to handle the entire 10 days. Tubb is showing to be a great competitor in the field trial circuit, and we expect him to continue making an impression. Jessie is out of FC AFC Tiger McBunn (NAFC FC Ebonstar Lean Mac x NAFC FC Hattie McBunn) and FC Mak's Convince Me Connie MH (FC Candlewood's Autumn Run Vince x Makx Woodland Lazy Daze MH). Tiger has 5 Titled Siblings, 10 Titled Offspring, and was a 3x National Finalist. Connie has one titled offspring so far, with several others doing well in the field trial and hunt test venues.

Jessie is one of the most sweet natured dogs I've ever been around, and a heck of a competitor when it's time to retrieve. She's very birdy, runs straight lines, a team player, problem solver, and a good marker. Her littermates are doing well and one made the derby list this last year (Midway's Nowhere To Run). Jessie is currently at the master level, and will continue her pursuit of the masters when she is done whelping this litter. This should be an exceptional breeding. John and Martha Russell (Tubb’s owners) kept a puppy from a breeding that is very similar to this one relating to the pedigree, and they are very pleased with her. Black and yellow pups are expected around Feb 16th, and they should be ready to go by late March/early April. The puppies are $1100 with a $300 deposit. By the time they leave our house they will be socialized through early neurological stimulation, and exposure to people and kids. They will also be introduced to water (weather permitting), birds, retrieving, crates, and car rides. Puppies will have dew claws removed, first shots, and come with a 26 month hip and eye guarantee.
