We are about to do a planned repeat breeding of two nice field-bred golden retrievers. When grown, the pups will be a medium to dark gold, about 65 lbs, and of medium build. Pups from the first breeding have excellent prey drive and fun temperments. I do not see any field trial candidates but most would do well in hunt tests, hunting, and family homes.The pup I have has an excellent nose and will be my personal upland dog and will play in the hunt tests. Parents have extensive health clearances.

Dooley is a fine looking animal, plays in several types of dog games, and his hunt test career was held back admittedly by his owners inexperience.
Dam: Semper Klamath River Amber Ale**
Amber is a fast and very athletic field bitch, who ran in six derbies, finished in three with one point. She has one Master pass.
Pups will be well socialized, have first shots, and dew claws removed. I am asking 900 for first four picks, and 700 for the remainder. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Pups should arrive in late March, ready for homes in mid-late May.
