Beautiful litter of Brittany pups that are linebred NFC/FC/AFC Shambo's Dark Shadow. Shadow is an 11X American Field Champion and has a whopping total of 44 one hour placements in All Age Brittany trials. He is without a doubt one of the greatest Brittanys of all time. He is the grandsire of both parents of this upcoming litter and will hopefully pass on some of his winning traits to these pups.
The sire of this litter is my male Smoke's Confederate Bullet, aka Rebel. He is sired directly by 32X NSTRA Champion, Nolan's Last Bullet who is another one of the all time Brittany greats. Rebel is an extremely nice male who certainly inherited great bird finding ability from his legendary father. He has an unbelievable nose and also has a ton of style. He is one of the smartest dogs out in the field that I have ever seen in over 20 years of working with birddogs. He points, backs and retrieves from land and water with very little handling needed from me. Rebel is a top notch wild birddog and has also been very successful in trials. He is OFA Good.
The mother of the pups is my female Smoke's Royal Flush, aka Queenie. She is directly sired by 7X American Field Champion, NFC/2XNAFC/FC/AFC Just Call Me Roy. Roy is another one of the all time Brittany greats in All Age Brittany trials and was also an absolute "brag dog" on wild birds when he wasn't trialing. Queenie is a very nicely built and leggy female who weighs 40 lbs. She has unbelievable style, a great nose and an intense drive for finding birds. When not hunting, she has a wonderful, sweet personality and loves everyone she meets. I am very excited about having her as a part of my kennel and breeding program.
These pups will be absolute "bluebloods" as far as Brittanys go and should make excellent additions to anyone's kennel. They should have all it takes to excel in various venues of trials and should also make top notch wild birddogs. They certainly have an edge as far as lineage is concerned! The pups are due to be born Sept. 2 and will be ready to go to their new homes mid Oct. Pups will come with health and hip guarantee along with AKC registration application.
