Powder Keg’s Onyx Vom Caliber JH (Cali) has been bred to Yiser VD Westwind SH (Scout). Cali had 7 pups on June 15th, 6 females and 1 male. All pups are black and white, with large patches and should have a variety of ticking. These pups will be outstanding bird dogs.

Cali is a hard hunting dog that works all season long. She has a quit button that’s never been found. She flat gets it all day. She is super biddable and is a dream to work with. She is fast and snappy in the field, has a great nose and 100% natural retrieve. Cali is a member of the family and is calm and collected in the house. In the fur she is a great dog with a pedigree that backs it up, strong import bloodlines with a pinch that goes back to some of the great FC’s. Hips are OFA GOOD.
SIRE
SCOUT IS A PHENOMENAL HUNTER WITH MODERATE RANGE, LOTS OF STYLE AND AN EXCELLENT NOSE. HE CAME FROM WESTWIND KENNELS IN KS, AND HAS REQUIRED VERY LITTLE TRAINING TO BECOME A CLASSY BIRD DOG. HIS NATURAL BIRD HUNTING ABILITY IS SECOND TO NONE. HE IS CURRENTLY A SENIOR HUNTER AND HAS 4 LEGS TOWARDS HIS MASTER HUNTER. SCOUT HAS MULTIPLE PLACEMENTS IN HUNTING DOG CHALLENGE EVENTS. HIPS ARE OFA GOOD.
