Sire: Sharp Shooters Hot Rod (“Rev”)

Dam: Sharpshooters Megun v. Lacy (Megun)
NA II, UT I, Invitational 2004 – 185 pts (no pass)
INT CH/VC Sharp Shooter’s Prairiedancer MH x VC Lacy vom Briemoor MH

This line breeding on Sharp Shooter’s Prairiedancer (Tango) is expected to produce stylish, multiple purpose dogs with high intelligence and trainability, suitable for serious on-foot hunters. They should have cooperative temperaments and strong pointing and retrieving instincts, and are top prospects for NAVHDA, AKC, and NASTRA testing programs. Parents have medium range and will pass along all-important traits including excellent nose and a love of water. Given both parents’ calm dispositions and desire to please, their pups will be excellent family companions that thrive in the home. Megun produced a great showing at the 2004 Invitational at 3 years of age (185 of 200 possible points) with a strong performance throughout, but did not pass due to a low backing score in the field. Although Rev is a young stud just approaching his second birthday, he has attained high marks in NAVHDA’s NA testing and is on track for an excellent showing at the UT level. Both parents are from lines of multiple generation Prize I Utility Dogs. The last 5 generations also contain many KS, International Champion, Master Hunter, and Versatile Champion titles.

This litter will be registered in both AKC and NAVHDA registries. Pups must be tested at NAVHDA’s Natural Ability level.
