Born 3/31/2014 We raise a small number of liters only when past customers are asking about puppies or we want another puppy ourselves. We would term this puppy the breeders choice of the liter. Person that was scheduled to own this puppy was unable to train a new puppy at this time and passed on him.

Family raised and well socialized, 1st two shots and well puppy exam, 6 generation pedigree with many field champions, including Dixieland Luke, Magic and Rusty, Shooting Star kennel lineage, LB Shameless and 1999 Pheasant Open Champion Heidi. OFA for hips and elbows done on parents.

Sire and Dam are calm, loving animals that love children. This puppy is well on his way to being housebroken since only 8 wks old. Best nose of shorthairs we have owned in last 20 years. Pointing wings, sit on command, retrieving balls and dummies and learning fast. Very easygoing disposition. Parents love the game of finding birds. Mother retrieves to hand when released from point.

After a summer of training, he will be ready to hunt for you this fall. He will be as comfortable in your home as he is in the field. We prefer not to ship a puppy but would consider meeting half way.
