The pictures have been updated at 10 weeks old for the June, 30 2013 whelping of a litter between Max and Star. These AKC and NAVHDA registered pups are available now with shots, tails docked, and dew claws removed. The litter consists of 8 puppies: 6 females (4 available) and 2 males (none remaining) in a variety of solid liver and liver with white/roan ticking colorations.

The results of our 2011 pairing of Sundance Maximillien Vom Westwind and Brown I Rising Star was so successful that we are repeating it for 2013. Based on the previous litter, we anticipate these puppies to be high-driven gun dogs, with excellent prey drive and biddability. They will have extremely stylish points and running patterns. The previous paring produced Count Ace Von Jupiter-Haus JH. He is extremely athletic and handles his birds with intensity. He consistently demonstrates a strong use of nose in finding game and is a natural retriever that shows no hesitance of any retrieve over land or water.

This pairing holds some of the best field-bred and conformation-bred dogs in the country and the history of the German Shorthaired Pointer. This litter’s linage is strong with the icons of our breed and include names, such as; Moesgaard, Hillshaven, Brown L, Jigs White Smoke, Esser Chick, Wasserschling, Enzstrand, Westwind, Dixieland, and Rawhide.

Our current breeding focuses on observations hunting wild game for breeding selection, but from NAVHDA, AKC, UKC, and NASTRA there is nothing these dogs can’t do. Backed by a significant number Hall of Fame (HOF) titled parentage, there is little doubt this litter will be packed with potential.
