The Dam Mays is a beautiful, light yellow, 55 lb female. Mays has her junior hunter title and has three senior hunter passes in the AKC. Mays is also a Master Pointing Retriever in the APLA. Mays is the total package. Looks, desire, point, marking, goes 100 miles per hour everywhere but can turn it off in the house. Growing up in Eastern South Dakota Mays has developed into an excellent pheasant, grouse and duck hunter. She will be running for Grand Master Pointing Retriever and finishing her Senior Hunter title in 2012. The sire of this litter Kenai is simply the real deal. Earning his 4X Grand Master Pointing Retriever (APLA), Hunting Retriever Champion (UKC) and Master Hunter (AKC) titles (qualified for the Master National) all well before the age of four. Kenai is an absolute machine covering ground in the upland, runs hard and straight on marks and blinds, then comes in the house and sits on the couch with his owners. Kenai is also passing his talent on to his pups. His first litter is only 1.5 years old and already has 2 Advanced Pointing retrievers and one certified pointing retriever with other pups running field trial derbies. I have had the opportunity to see and train with some of these pups first hand they are really talented.
