Summary:My dog has been undergoing search and rescue training. I bought the Tri-Tronics for this purpose since my dog gets easily distracted and he loves to chase after other animals. I’m very impressed with the results I got. My dog readily obeys all the commands I give out to him not just for search and rescue. His response time is faster now and he is more focused now. The collar fits him perfectly and it has outstanding range. The battery life is also impressive. Since I bought it around a month ago, I haven’t seen the need to recharge it yet. This is really an excellent training tool with an amazing battery! I’m swearing by its effectiveness since I’m seeing a significant decrease in the need to correct my dog with the advancement of our training.

Summary:I am a believer of the Tri-Tronics Sport Basic G3 remote shock collar. Why? First of all, I have gotten the results I want. The collar is very effective of making my dog “come” to me whenever I tell him to. Also, the collar has helped me solve a trouble that my dog has been causing in the local dog park. And the results were outstanding! Now, I seldom use the collar since buying it about a year ago. My dog quickly learned – in just a day, to be more specific. Keep in mind though that it is very important to give your dog treats after giving him a correction. Observe your dog’s reaction after getting a correction and you’ll realize why this method is effective and human at the same time. I used the treats to assure my dog that everything is fine and it helped me teach him to obey and follow my every command. Actually telling him that it is okay even helped how my dog responded to every correction. I would always tell him, “Good dog! Here, have a treat.” If you are used to walk your dog at night without a leash, I strongly suggest that you get the optional light (you can choose red, white or blue) which can be attached to the collar. It will cost you around $44 or more. I have tried it out with the rabbit chasing test and it did not fail. It hasn’t bogged down unlike most cheap clip-on type LED lights. I would recommend this for off-leash activities.

Summary:I have 3-year old German Shepherd and he is quite a handful. Before this product, I couldn’t take him out for walks since I’m afraid that he would go after someone or something and I would end up chasing him around. This product has completely turned this around. Now, I have complete control of my dog and all of this I got after only using the product thrice. Even using it for the first time, I was already getting amazing results. My dog’s behavior has completely changed. We can now go on walks and all I have to use is a single hand and I still feel that I have total control over him. You see, I’m quite frail so this is indeed a big help to me. I was almost ready to give up until I stumbled upon this product. The instructional video teaches you to give correction to your dog from time to time. I believe that this is not necessary though. I think shocking your dog only when necessary is the best method to train my dog. But every dog is different so follow what you think is best for you and your dog. Be sure to look at the video before using this product.

Summary:A professional trainer recommended to us that we use an electronic collar on our dog. I was very hesitant at first thinking that the collar will hurt our dog. We tried to learn as much as we can about using the collar. We weighed all the advantages and disadvantages and finally decided on using an electronic collar. I’m happy with the results and we are finally able to walk our dog even if he is not wearing a leash (we only used the lowest level of correction during training). Now, I am confident that she will always obey our commands. I’m happy that we are able to let our dog run around freely while we are assured that she will stay obedient. I would strongly recommend this product. It is waterproof, has excellent operating range, very user-friendly, very easy to recharge, etc.

Summary:I am very satisfied and happy with this product. Before I bought it, I tried to educate myself first about how the collar works. I’m so glad that when I finally got my unit, it works exactly the way they describe it. The results are simply astounding! My dog has never been this obedient. And most of the time, I use the tone only. I seldom use the stimulation on my dog. I’m very happy with that although I did test the correction on myself first and it was more of a bother than painful. This collar has been a lifesaver! I haven’t encountered any problem since using it. So far, so good!
