Summary:So far, so good. Both the receiver and transmitter have been working extremely well. Bought this model with the recommendation of a friend and I’m very glad that she did. I’ve only used this for almost a week now and I’m already seeing a good improvement on my Labrador Retriever. I’ve only had her for a month and I’m training her for hunting. I’m very excited to see how she will perform out in the field. That will really test if this collar has really trained her well.

Summary:I don’t usually write reviews but I decided to write one for this product because it is amazing. The stimulation levels are very consistent and very effective on my dogs. It is 100% waterproof and very easy and fast to charge. The remote control feels good on the hand. Very sleek and handy. I love the tone only feature and usually use this to get my dog’s attention. I have completely trained him for hunting. I use this collar even for going out on walks. He is happy to roam around without a leash – a lot of freedom for me and my dog. I just love it!

Tri-Tronics works very well

Summary:I own a very stubborn dog. I’ve tried other methods to train him. I’ve also tried a couple of dog collars of him but nothing seem to work. This product spelled the difference. I should have gotten this collar way earlier. I could have saved myself from all the hassles of trying to teach him to follow my commands. It is easy to use and is tough. We’ve used it in the rain it still works after that. The range is also great at one mile. The range works well. I’ve tried it even though my dog wasn’t in my line of sight but I still got a reaction.

Summary:At about the 6th month of use, one of the collars stopped holding charge. I didn’t know why this happened since I’ve been charging it as instructed. I was about to order a replacement but the loop on the other collar broke and the LED stopped working. I guess my dogs’ hyperactivity were just too much for the collars to handle. I’m really sad this happened. The product was working well if not for it failing too early.
Cons:LED stopped working, Charging problem

Summary:I’m very sure I’ve been operating Tri-Tronics Flyway Special G3 EXP right but I’m not getting any reaction from my dog. I’ve been trying to find the right stimulation level for him but after several times of trying, still nothing worked. I’ve tested it on myself and I could feel the stimulation on my wrist. After many unsuccessful tries, I finally decided to return it. I’m buying another product.
